K. Pope - PE President/CEO
Stoss is a licensed Professional Engineer and is the majority owner
and a founding member that is involved in the day to day operations
of Innovative Functions Inc. He oversees the overall operations and
is in charge of research and development as well as quality control.
Upon graduation from collage with a degree in Electrical Engineering
Stoss worked as a technical consultant for Central Industrial for their
line of Allen Bradley controls and components. He also worked for the
Mead Paper company as a staff and project engineer before working Innovative
Functions, Inc. full time.

John L. Clark
- Senior Engineer
John began working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineering Summer Intern
for Mead Paper in Chillicothe, Ohio (1998-1999) while attending DeVry
University of Columbus, Ohio. He began working as an Electrical Staff
Engineer for Innovative Functions, Inc. in 1999. John continued to work
on industrial electrical systems specializing in industrial automation
and control systems. While at Innovative Functions, he has worked on
projects for: U.S. Department of Energy-Uranium Disposition
Services, Glatfelter Paper, Paccar-Kenworth
Trucks, Indiana Air National Guard-Fort Wayne Air Base, Bellisio Foods,
Masco-Merillat Cabinetry and Superior Hardwoods of Ohio, to mention
a few. John enjoys having the opportunity to design, fabricate, install,
program, and integrate industrial automation systems to meet the needs
of our clients.

Jim Brewer Staff
Engineer Designer
Jim graduated in 1985 from Clark Co JVS after studying in Industrial
Electricity and went on for an Associates degree in Electrical
Engineering. He received that degree in 1990 from Clark State Community
college, with a GPA of 3.67, while working full time at an Electrical
Panel shop and attending classes at night. Jims been employed
as an Electrical and Instrumentation Designer ever since, with over
20+ years of engineering, design, checkout and start-up experiences
within the Pulp and Paper Industry, all across the US. His job experiences
range all the way from $100 installation of limit switches to $500 million
dollar paper mill expansions. When Jims not working, hes
hiking, bicycling or attending the local dirt track races.

Dale Sorrell Sales and Business Development
Manager
Dale has been with Innovative Functions Inc. since 2005. A ten year
US Army Veteran, Dale brings years of management and organizational
skills to Innovative Functions Inc. Dale has sales and marketing experience
in various industries. Dale involves himself in the daily sales and
marketing of Innovative Functions and serves as the customer service
manager.

Barb Hartly
Office Manager
Barb has been with Innovative Functions Inc. since 2005. She started
with Innovative Functions as an employee of a local temp service. And
was hired as a full time employee and given the duties of office manager.
She brings years of experience and skills in office and business operations
from her previous employment as an office manager for a medical prosthetics
company, and her office experience with Bob Evans Restaurants.
